Reflection on my Word work
While learning these new skills in Microsoft Word, I realized I will be able to present new skills to my employer on how I can successfully document the proper information in a presentable and professional way. I learned how to create flyers and organize data in a fashionable, clear manner as to present my research to the best of my ability and show that I am literate in computer essentials.
Microsoft Excel
For my Microsoft Excel document, we were assigned to increase readability and appeal of an Excel document that is used to present different wedding package options. I learned during this assignment how to insert and use appropriate formulas and functions, format cells, widen and narrow columns, emphasizing totals with borders, and merge rows. I found some of this a challenge, because I was not familiar with Excel as much as I thought to be. But I learned and applied my skills to this assignment.

Reflection on my Excel work
While learning more new skills in Microsoft Excel, I became aware that I was able to compile numeric data, insert formulas to add, subtract, multiply, and divide to create a desired result for my future employer, or for myself in the future during my years where financial planning will be key. I also learned how to navigate Microsoft Excel to better prepare myself for the outside world of technology that I might face in everyday work environments.
Microsoft Powerpoint
For our final project that was assigned in this course, we were instructed to do research on a subject of the student's choice, and present it in a Powerpoint presentation with a Chart and Graph from Excel, a document or article from Word, and include those along with clip art, sound animation, and a colorful design. My subject choice was snowboarding, one of my favorite pastimes.

Reflection on my Powerpoint Work
While I was researching for this project, I came across new and exciting facts about one of my favorite pastimes that I had never come in contact with. I learned a lot about the beginning of the sport and where it originated from. Also, the technology and what went into making a snowboard- and the evolution of the sport since it first began. While navigating Powerpoint, I learned new ways to add information to a slide such as a document from Word or Excel. Also, I learned in this how to create graphs and charts. Animating and creating sound animation was great.
